Love, Kindness & Service
Empty yourself of all but love. Be kind. Love all.
Anyone can be kind when calm. Character is revealed in moments of frustration, anger, pressure, and conflict.
Grace is not proven in comfort; it is proven in kindness when kindness seems undeserved, when your emotions have an excuse to misbehave, and anger genuinely has a case to present.
In service to mankind, do not be found wanting.
It is not a weakness to be vulnerable with the person you love. It is healthy. Love is not war, and neither is it an ego contest.
The damaged soul weaponises vulnerability, attention, kindness, and love. They should get your sympathy at best, not your relationship.
Purpose, Discipline & Action
There is nothing more permanent than a temporary solution. Do it properly the first time if it has to be done at all.
Happiness comes from within. You won't find it outside yourself.
Understand that you can never find fulfilment in hobbies, work, or people, but only in the accomplishment of your purpose.
Always arrive at the dining table on an empty stomach and leave it half full.
Be like water. Assume any shape necessary to ensure flow.
Do what needs to be done. Ensure that what must be done is done. No matter how you feel about it or how difficult it is to do it.
Do not get lost in analysis paralysis. Just do it!
Boundaries & Protecting Your Peace
Protect your peace to bring peace to others. You cannot give what you do not have.
Wisdom is accepting that your job is not to cure another person's addiction to emotional stimulation.
You are neither a therapist nor a dopamine supply for people who have become desensitised to normal fulfilment and rewards. You cannot fix dopamine addicts.
You cannot make a sad person happy. You cannot make a hater love. You cannot wake a person pretending to be asleep. You cannot satisfy someone determined to lack something. You cannot please a person determined to be offended. Never try.
Understand that there may be people who are not looking for truth, peace, stability, loyalty, or anything grounded in facts. They may be chasing the next feeling, the next high, the next validation, the next drama, the next reason to be dissatisfied.
Volunteering to be the emotional repairman for a dopamine addict, an adrenaline junkie, or someone committed to chaos is one of the clearest signs of self-disrespect.
Feelings & Reality
You cannot build with someone whose definition of happiness changes according to how they feel in the moment.
Surely, the immature are able to say "mood swings" in conversations; they simply lack the capacity to recognise that moods actually swing, that feelings are transient, that feelings and emotional states pass and can't be trusted as final reality or used to make big life decisions.
You cannot reason with a person who worships at the altar of their feelings and treats their emotional impulses as the ultimate reality. Feelings shift, duty remains, and one's inability to see, understand, or appreciate this basic truth is not your burden.
People who elevate their feelings over facts are broken; they are a waste of time and energy. They will drain you and make you aimlessly chase the shifting shadows of their whimsical, unstable impulses. You'd do well to not invite them into your life.
Only the boring can be bored.
Projection & Human Condition
It is easy to accept in others what one is capable of themselves
What you accept from others reveals much about your own character.
Only fools learn the same truth twice.
No one is unpredictable; they're just predictably unreliable.
Understand that a person's opinions about the fundamental nature of humans are a perfect reflection of themselves, not about the people they clearly know nothing about.
People are simply projecting themselves and talking about themselves when they judge others without knowledge of the facts.
Man is everlasting, his character eternal. The foolish who thinks he's different from the men who came before him will learn a bitter lesson in depression and sadness.
Words, Silence & Information
Stay quiet if you have nothing important to say or if what you'll say wouldn't improve the situation.
Never ask a second time; they heard you the first time.
Never reveal sacred secrets to dogs and goats; they have neither the capacity to comprehend nor the divine configuration to appreciate such matters.
Do not burden anyone with information they're not designed to consume.
Faith, Meaning & Vanity
Man made God in his own image.
If it made sense and you know it's true for sure, you wouldn't need faith to believe or accept it. Approach all endeavours of faith, including religion, with this mindset.
Everything is vanity, a myth, an arbitrarily decided myth—money, governments, gods, laws, all of it.
Money, Work & Consumption
Create more than you consume.
If you must buy, buy what pays you before buying what costs you.
Never borrow for consumption.
The concept of exchanging something for value, popularly known as "money", will remain with us, but the implementation of this concept, not the concept itself, is primarily responsible for what we know as "poverty".
Multiple implementations of money have been seen, but we've yet to see one that compensates people for providing values we take for granted.
Men, Women & Civilisation
Men and women are not the same. Neither is superior nor inferior; they are simply incomparable. Women may sometimes outperform men at simulated problems, and they may even participate in mixed teams of men and women that build things. But when it comes to stepping up alone, or organising single-sex groups to successfully confront brutal, physical, real-world survival problems, not mere simulated problems we indulge in only after surviving and feeling safe; when it comes to securing human survival and developing the mechanisms that built, defended, and maintained civilisation, the human race owes that burden to men alone.
